Job summary

Banijay Rights in London is seeking an Acquisition Executive in the Content Operations team to manage onboarding of new content and assets, ensuring materials are received, validated and prepared to support distribution objectives.

Working with producers and internal stakeholders, the role covers the acquisition process from initial delivery through acceptance, ensuring all required materials are available, complete and ready for exploitation.

Qualifications

• Experience within content acquisitions or media operations.
• Experience using MAM systems and tracking systems.
• Knowledge of metadata and delivery materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and onboarding of programme materials and assets from producers and content suppliers.
• Liaise with producers and post-production facilities to ensure all deliverables meet company specifications.
• Validate incoming deliveries, ensuring all materials, metadata and supporting assets are received.
• Monitor acquisition schedules and communicate delivery progress, risks and delays to stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute screening materials and assets to support internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and delivery status within department systems.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to transition assets into the content library.
• Support market, festival and promotional activities through screening materials.
