Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for hands-on Container Operatives to join a busy UK warehouse. You will unload incoming deliveries, load goods for distribution, and work as part of a team in a physically demanding role.

Applicants should be fit for heavy lifting, comfortable with manual handling and committed to health and safety, with good attendance and reliability. Temporary contract with regular work and an hourly rate of £12.71.

Qualifications

• Previous container unloading or general warehouse experience would be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to work hard are essential.
• You’ll need to be physically fit, comfortable with repetitive manual handling and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Good attendance, timekeeping and a strong work ethic are also important.

Looking for hands-on warehouse work where you can keep busy throughout the day? We’re recruiting reliable Container Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation, helping unload incoming deliveries and load goods ready for distribution.

You’ll need to maintain a steady working pace while following health and safety procedures and keeping the working environment clean and organised.

This is a physically demanding position involving regular manual handling, so you’ll need to be comfortable with heavy lifting and staying active throughout your shift.

Duration: This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, with regular work available for reliable and hardworking candidates.

Hourly Rate: The position pays £12.71 per hour, with the opportunity to accrue up to 28 days’ annual leave pro rata.

Working Hours: Working hours will be confirmed depending on the operational requirements of the site. Flexibility is important, as container workloads can vary from day to day.
