Responsibilities

Collaborate with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care.
Recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers.
Maintain high clinical and technical standards in contact lens fitting and aftercare.
Participate in ongoing CET to stay up to date with industry advancements.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service.
Work across multiple branches as required for varied experiences.
