Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a qualified Contact Lens Optician to provide tailored contact lens solutions and outstanding aftercare. You will work with a committed team, upholding high clinical standards and receiving ongoing CET support. The role includes cross-branch opportunities to broaden experience.

Flexible working options (full-time or part-time) are available, with CET training, a family-run culture, generous staff discounts, and 28 days holiday pro-rata.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care
• Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers
• Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
• Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service
• Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experiences
