HCA UK is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor for our Prestatyn, North Wales location. The role supports patient bookings, handles telephone and email queries, and maintains accurate information across hospital systems.
You will join a focused, high-volume team with emphasis on patient care and service standards. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour week on a rotating shift pattern (8:00–17:30, Monday–Friday).

We’re looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our team based in Prestatyn.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you’ll be Working within a highly focused, high volume, supportive, collaborative team. You will be responsible for making patient appointments and handling information requests over the telephone and by email. You will be collecting customer information and data to support patients booking, so great administrative skills and attention to detail are key.
