Job summary

Signet Jewelers in the UK is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support customers across the country. You'll handle live chat and phone interactions, offering friendly, helpful guidance to ensure each contact feels seamless and personal.

You will join a team that supports stores nationwide, providing product, service, and delivery advice, with full training and a hybrid working pattern combining office and home working.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Confident communication online and on the phone.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping the customer at heart.
• Flexibility in working hours during peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via live chat and/or telephone.
• Provide advice on products, services, repairs and deliveries.
• Support retail stores with customer queries nationwide.
• Check stock availability and liaise with suppliers.

As a Contact Centre Advisor at Signet Jewelers (home to Ernest Jones and H.Samuel), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers across the UK. Depending on business needs, you’ll interact with customers via live chat, phone calls, or a blend of both, answering questions and ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and positive.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, supporting with:

Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and/or telephone.

Providing advice on products, services, repairs, and deliveries.

Supporting our retail stores nationwide with customer queries.

Checking stock availability and liaising with suppliers.

Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Handling emails and system-based enquiries where needed.

About you

We’re looking for people who genuinely love helping others and take pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll ideally have:

• Previous customer service experience (contact centre or multi-channel experience is a bonus).
• Confidence communicating with customers online and/or over the phone.
• A professional, friendly approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
• A passion for helping customers celebrate love, life, and special moments.
• Working pattern & flexibility
