Signet Jewelers (home to Ernest Jones and H.Samuel) is hiring a Contact Centre Advisor on a 12 month fixed-term contract to support customers across the UK. You will handle live chat and phone interactions, providing product, service, and delivery guidance while assisting stores with queries.

We expect strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. Hybrid working is available, with full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Confident communicating with customers online or by phone.
• Professional, friendly approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping customers at heart.

As a Contact Centre Advisor at Signet Jewelers (home to Ernest Jones and H.Samuel), you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers across the UK. Depending on business needs, you'll interact with customers via live chat, phone calls, or a blend of both, answering questions and ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and positive.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and/or telephone.
• Providing advice on products, services, repairs, and deliveries.
• Supporting our retail stores nationwide with customer queries.
• Checking stock availability and liaising with suppliers.
• Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
• Handling emails and system-based enquiries where needed.

About you

• Previous customer service experience (contact centre or multi-channel experience is a bonus).
• Confidence communicating with customers online and/or over the phone.
• A professional, friendly approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
