Job summary

Signet Jewelers is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support customers across the UK. You will handle enquiries via live chat and telephone, offering product advice, and ensuring a seamless, personal service.

Hybrid working is available, combining office-based and home working. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a focus on helping customers celebrate life’s moments and access great benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre preferred.

As a Contact Centre Advisor at Signet Jewelers (home to Ernest Jones and H.Samuel), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers across the UK. Depending on business needs, you’ll interact with customers via live chat, phone calls, or a blend of both, answering questions and ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and positive.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, supporting with:

Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and/or telephone.

Providing advice on products, services, repairs, and deliveries.

Supporting our retail stores nationwide with customer queries.

Checking stock availability and liaising with suppliers.

Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Handling emails and system-based enquiries where needed.

About you

We’re looking for people who genuinely love helping others and take pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll ideally have:

• Previous customer service experience (contact centre or multi-channel experience is a bonus).
• Confidence communicating with customers online and/or over the phone.
• A professional, friendly approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
• A passion for helping customers celebrate love, life, and special moments.
