Do you want to shape the consumer experience of one of the most recognisable and highly regarded UK brands?
We’re looking for an experienced Consumer Retention and Loyalty Manager to design our strategy around our extensive Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and lead the delivery of industry-leading consumer segmentation, marketing automation, email campaigns, and consumer experience.
We’ve built a great Customer Relationship Management programme over the years, and recently added a Consumer Data Platform (Bloomreach). This role is developed to lead our growth and connection with consumers, focusing on data utilization, segmentation, engagement timing, and content delivery.
This role is ideal for an experienced CRM Manager familiar with rich consumer data and CDP integration. You should be comfortable with data analysis and translating insights into CRM, Loyalty, and CDP strategies, always prioritizing consumer experience (CX).
Permanent, Full Time. Hybrid (2-3 days in person per week)
