Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Retention and Loyalty Manager to develop strategies around our Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and lead initiatives in consumer segmentation, marketing automation, email campaigns, and overall consumer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute strategies leveraging our Consumer Data Platform to improve consumer loyalty and retention.
  2. Manage Bloomreach CDP and utilize consumer data insights for content creation and marketing campaigns.
  3. Contribute to consumer experience design, including personalization and segmentation.
  4. Ensure data privacy compliance in all processes.
  5. Implement omni-channel consumer experiences with personalized content and offers.
  6. Create rules for content personalization based on consumer data.
  7. Track and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
Skills and Experience
  1. Proven experience managing strategies with a CDP in a consumer-focused brand.
  2. Strong understanding of loyalty and retention strategies driven by data.
  3. Experience with key CDP and CRM systems.
  4. Technical aptitude with the ability to deliver projects efficiently.
  5. Background in data science and delivering measurable business benefits.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
