This apprenticeship is based in Bristol, and you will be expected to work from your main office location throughout the programme. While our hybrid working policy requires office attendance at least two days per week (40% for full‑time colleagues), apprentices are expected to be in the office most days during the initial settling‑in period. If your commute exceeds 1.5 hours, we strongly recommend relocating closer to the office to ensure consistent attendance in line with contractual and hybrid working expectations.
Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative. We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long‑term health or neuro‑divergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme. We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.
We’re looking for motivated, inquisitive school students who can bring their unique perspective to what we do and help drive our business forward. If you’re looking for a career with impact – and want to make a difference to customers, businesses and communities – we have a job for you. And the great news is you don’t need a degree to come and work with us. Our range of apprenticeship programmes will provide you with all the training and development, support and mentoring you need to learn about our industry and develop your strengths. You can help us build the bank of the future.
The closing date to apply for this opportunity is 29th December.
