Job summary

Refeyn Ltd in Botley (Oxford) is seeking a Supply Chain Planner – Consumables to manage demand, inventory and material availability across the Consumables portfolio. You will work with Manufacturing, QA, Sales, R&D and external partners to align planning and ensure on-time supply.

The role is primarily based at our Botley site with a minimum on-site four days per week and occasional travel to Littlemore when required.

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 3 or above, or equivalent qualification in Business, Procurement or Supply Chain Management, desirable.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification or equivalent planning qualification desirable.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in a Supply Chain planning role within a manufacturing or technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans for Refeyn's Consumables portfolio.
• Raise and manage purchase orders for Consumables materials and services.
• Represent Consumables within the SIOP process and coordinate with Sales.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead negotiations and resolve supply discrepancies.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Support NPI/NPI product transfer with planning input.

Skills

Significant experience in Supply Chain

Education

CIPS Level 3 or above|or equivalent qualification

APICS/ASCM CPIM certification

Degree or equivalent professional experience

Tools

NetSuite or similar ERP/MRP
