0-12 months you'll deliver

• Lead the Quality Engineering organization, improving testing efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements.
• Design and evaluate test automation architectures and tools.
• Lead test strategy, automation framework development, and code reviews.
• Establish root cause analysis mechanisms and communicate findings.
• Research and implement advanced automation features like self-healing and script-less automation.
• Develop automation skills within the team to foster growth.

What you'll bring

We seek candidates with:

• Extensive experience in software QA and test program development.
• Proven experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkin.
• Proficiency in REST/RESTful web services, GitHub, Jenkins, Postman, and other tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or C++.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
