Looking for a Vending Pro Who’s Ready to Lead Change, Not Just Manage It

Are you tired of discussing progress while remaining stationary?

We seek an experienced operator from vending, office coffee services (OCS), or micro markets—someone who understands what works, what doesn’t, and how to implement meaningful change.

This position offers the chance to move beyond firefighting daily issues and guide operators across the UK and Europe through transformative initiatives using proven technology. You will help businesses become more efficient, profitable, and agile, leading the process from start to finish.

The Role: Consulting Services Manager

Your responsibility will be to implement our innovative platform into clients' operations—planning, training, managing projects, and supporting throughout their journey.

From initiation to launch, you will be the primary expert, assisting clients to:

  • Map their existing business processes across departments
  • Design practical implementation plans tailored to their operations
  • Deliver comprehensive training (both on-site and remote)
  • Identify risks early and take corrective actions
  • Share best practices, efficiency tips, and industry insights
  • Provide regular status updates and keep projects on schedule
  • Build long-term relationships through ongoing consultation and support

This role combines project management, client education, business analysis, and consulting—ideal for someone with hands-on experience eager to help others improve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive background in vending, OCS, or micro markets, preferably with senior management experience
  • Strong project management skills—organized, analytical, and prioritization abilities
  • Leadership and communication skills—capable of training, consulting, influencing, and motivating
  • A pragmatic approach—focused on effective solutions
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (startup-like energy)
  • Proficiency with web-based tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
  • Excel proficiency; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
