Job summary

Consult is seeking a senior, market-facing Partner-level professional to lead its UK SAP Finance Transformation practice. You will originate and convert major opportunities, build CFO/CXO relationships, and own pipeline, revenue and margin across the UK.

Executive oversight of large programmes and a pivotal go-to-market strategy role are key parts of this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven multimillion-pound deal origination record, deep S/4HANA Finance expertise, and established UK

Consulting Partner – SAP Finance Transformation

Our client is a global consulting and technology services firm with a well-established UK practice focused on SAP-enabled Finance Transformation. They work with large enterprise clients at the CFO and CXO level, delivering complex, multimillion-pound transformation programmes that span S/4HANA Finance, finance operating-model transformation, and shared services. The firm is growing its UK market presence and is seeking a senior, market-facing Partner-level professional to lead this charge.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, commercially accountable Partner-level role at the forefront of the firm's UK SAP Finance Transformation practice. You will be responsible for originating and converting major SAP Finance Transformation opportunities, building and sustaining CFO and CXO-level client relationships, and taking full ownership of pipeline, revenue, and margin across the UK market. You will provide executive oversight of large SAP Finance programmes and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will bring a proven personal sales record including multimillion-pound deal origination, established UK market relationships, and deep expertise across S/4HANA Finance, finance operating-model transformation, and shared services. Target seniority is a Big Four Director ready to step into Partner responsibility or an established Associate Partner from a leading consulting or technology firm.

Salary: £150,000–£180,000 base + 20% bonus + benefits
