Overall job purpose:

We act as an extension of our clients’ finance teams, helping navigate the evolving financial landscape. We provide financial insights and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. Our work includes preparing financial statements for UK and global markets, offering guidance on complex accounting issues, and helping businesses meet industry standards for informed decision-making.

Everyday is different in Finance Function Support. We support core finance teams, providing operational support and advisory services. We leverage technology and human expertise to deliver insights and build strong client relationships, freeing up management's time for their core business. Our clients span sectors including charities and startups to global market leaders.

Qualifications:

If joining the graduate programme with a business undergraduate degree, you will study CA (Scotland) over three years. Completing this qualification is essential. Full study support details will be provided in your contract and exam policies.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key team member, supporting client work and consulting solutions based on your study programme.
• Complete interactive training, with most learning on the job from team members.
• Receive feedback and set goals for your development.
• Support wider team activities like recruitment or marketing when needed.
• Perform financial analysis, prepare management accounts, statutory financial statements, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and advise clients on financial systems.

What we are looking for:

We value passion, personality, and originality. Your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, plus an obtained/predicted honours degree.
• Innovative problem solver, relationship builder, digital mindset, detail-oriented, organized, lifelong learner, and effective communicator proficient in Microsoft Office.
