Overall job purpose:

We act as an extension of our clients’ finance teams, helping to navigate the evolving financial landscape. We provide innovative financial insights and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure compliance with regulations. We assist in preparing accurate financial statements for UK and international businesses, and offer guidance on complex accounting issues, helping clients meet industry standards and make informed decisions.

Everyday in Finance Function Support varies. We work with businesses to support their core finance teams, providing operational support and advisory services. Using technology and our human touch, we deliver insights and build strong client relationships. We help management focus on their core business. Our teams work across sectors, including charities and startups to global leaders.

Qualifications:

If you join the graduate programme with a business undergraduate degree, you will study CA (Scotland) over 3 years. Completing this qualification is essential. Full study support details will be provided in your contract and training policies.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a key team member, supporting client work quickly depending on your study program.
• You will undergo interactive training for client work, with most learning on the job from your team.
• You will receive feedback and set goals for future tasks.
• You may support other team activities like recruitment or marketing.
• You will complete financial analyses, prepare management accounts and financial statements, handle VAT returns, bookkeeping, and advise clients on financial systems.

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate, plus an honours degree.
