Qualifications

• Connaissance des aspects pratiques de la modélisation de capital, y compris la validation de modèles internes.
• Expérience pertinente dans un cabinet P&C ou une société de conseil.
• Historique de réussite dans la livraison de projets dans les délais et budgets impartis.

Key duties (including, but not limited to):

• To manage or assist in the technical aspects of specific P&C client assignments, within the agreed budgets and timeframe, while meeting all appropriate legislative, regulatory, business and professional standards and requirements
• To build and maintain strong relationships, both externally with clients and market contacts, and internally with colleagues
• To develop and maintain a high standard of knowledge and understanding of capital modelling, both primarily with internal models, in both a Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s context, and todisseminate this amongst colleagues and, where appropriate, clients; andapply it to deliver best practice as well as innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
• To attend and present at client meetings, including those involving marketing or sales proposals
• To support and perform high quality, focused and relevant research and development as required, within agreed budgets and timeframes
• To provide coaching, training and support to team members, as and when required, to deliver individual and group objectives
• To carry out all tasks within the job holder’s level of skill and ability

Qualifications required:

• Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent)

Experience required:

• Sound knowledge of the UK P&C insurance market with
• Relevant P&C company or consultancy background
• Excellent practical experience in all aspects of capital modelling, including internal model validation and the Lloyd’s Capital Return process
• Proven track record of delivering projects on budget and to required timescales
