University of East Anglia is seeking an Associate Professor in Medical Education (Consultation Skills Lead) to drive the consultation skills teaching program for MB BS students at Norwich. Qualifications

Health professional qualification or degree in Psychology/Health Psychology/Social Science with demonstrable experience of consultation skills teaching.
Strong interpersonal and group working skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the teaching of the consultation skills curriculum for medical students within the MB BS programme and future courses.
Professionally manage an established team of consultation skills lecturers and coordinate teaching across the academic year.
Manage recruitment and training of associate tutors and ensure quality assurance, contributing to assessments and marking.
Support course developments aligned with NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.
