Job Description

Contract (ie Perm/FTC/Part-Time): Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025, Full Time

Team: Nomadic

Office Location: 1st Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NA, United Kingdom

The role:

You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the team’s work, including preparation and drafting of applications, updating our system, and day-to-day liaison with clients.

What your day will look like:

• Ensure all applications are opened and processed in the system promptly
• Answer calls and emails professionally and timely
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding their visa requests
• Identify service issues and escalate when necessary
• Conduct delegated research tasks
• Ensure invoices are submitted promptly to finance
• Maintain deep knowledge of business processes, system capabilities, and policies
• Build relationships with local consulates and government offices
• Collaborate across teams to support improvements
• Assist with complex cases under senior guidance
• Provide coverage for colleagues on leave
