Job summary

London Borough of Bexley is seeking a Consultant Social Worker / Practice Educator to embed high-quality practice across Children’s Social Care as part of the Families First Partnership. You will champion the Signs of Safety model, coach staff, and deliver professional development in collaboration with the Academy team.

You will be based in the office at least three days a week, with duties including coaching, mentoring and developing social workers, contributing to audits and practice analysis,

As a Consultant Social Worker / Practice Educator, you will play a key role in embedding high-quality practice across Children's Social Care as part of our Families First Partnership journey.
