Your Role

As a valued Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Operational Analytics team, you will:

1. Contribute Operational Analytics expertise with skills such as process mining, intelligent automation, supply chain, demand forecasting, digital twin, working alongside mentors and industry experts.
2. Work directly with clients, tackling complex problems and designing innovative solutions that drive real transformation.
3. Support your teammates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared growth.
4. Leverage new technologies and tools to ensure delivery excellence.

Your Opportunities

Beyond client delivery, you can take ownership of projects in areas such as:

• Business development — leading proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting at events.
• Internal contributions — campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offer creation.
• Learning & development — certifications, external training, lunch-and-learns, etc.

Your Profile

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or industry roles with consulting background.
• Proven success in matrix organizations, enlisting support for solutions.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.
