The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a Consultant Radiologist for a busy and expanding Department, predominantly based at The Princess Royal Hospital (PRH), with responsibilities across both hospitals' sites. Applications are welcome from candidates who wish to be considered for part-time or flexible working. Contribution to an out of hours on-call rota is core to this role. The post will include sessions at the two main hospital sites within an overall flexible group job planning format, with an agreed overall sessional make up.
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) is the main provider of acute hospital services for around half a million people in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and mid Wales. The main service locations are The Princess Royal Hospital (PRH) in Telford and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (RSH) in Shrewsbury. Both hospitals provide a wide range of acute hospital services including accident & emergency, outpatients, diagnostics, inpatient medical care and critical care.
Our catchment includes towns such as Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Market Drayton, Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Whitchurch, Newport, Telford, Wellington, Newtown and Welshpool.
