Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board is recruiting a Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in non-vascular interventional radiology. The post requires experience in general radiology and demonstrated competency in non-vascular interventions across Hywel Dda's hospital network.

The role includes MDT participation, a wide range of fluoroscopic, ultrasound and CT-guided procedures, and a flexible on-call arrangement with potential for remote reporting.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and license to practice.
• On the GMC Specialist Register or eligible for CCT within six months of interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-vascular interventional radiology procedures.
• Attend MDT meetings and provide a wide range of non-vascular interventions (fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT-guided).
• Cover daytime inpatient scans and contribute to on-call rotas, with some remote reporting via teleradiology.
