A University Teaching NHS Trust in the Midlands area has appointed us to help them recruit Substantive or 12-24 month NHS Fixed Term (salaried) basis Consultant Vascular Interventional Radiologist

Vacancy Information:

Consultant Vascular Interventional Radiologist
This is a full time NHS Consultant Radiologist with responsibility in interventional and diagnostic radiology (mostly vascular and some non-vascular). This is an additional post to meet the needs of the expanding service within interventional radiology and provide an on call service as 1 in 7.

The post will have a commitment to support a range of services, including vascular & non-vascular interventional procedures, CT, MRI, plain film reporting, ultrasound, radiology clinics, multi-disciplinary team meetings and clinical-radiological meetings.

Essential criteria for the post:

- Full GMC registration CCT in Radiology (or within 6 months at interview) – or equivalent for overseas candidates
- FRCR
- Eligible to be included on the SR

These posts will suit both experienced Consultants and those seeking to make their first Consultant level appointment, provided they have the level of experience required for this post. Full support will be provided to new Consultants.
