Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Wirral is seeking an exceptional Consultant Radiologist to join our friendly team at Arrowe Park Hospital, Upton. The post includes opportunities for GI subspecialty work and a commitment to service development within a large NHS Trust.

The role is 10 Programmed Activities, with 8.5 Direct Clinical Care and 1.5 SPA, and offers up to two days a week working from home.

Qualifications

• Entry onto the GMC Specialist Register or within six months of completing CCT/CCST/CESR.
• Evidence of ongoing career progression within radiology including ultrasound/CT/MRI.
• Experience in higher-level training in specialist areas as per the job description.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the diagnostic on-call rota and weekend sessions as part of DCC.
• Take an active role in service development and redesign with local providers.
• Contribute to audit, teaching, and clinical governance within the department.
