Job summary

Freshminds is seeking Senior Consultant/Consultant level professionals for an initial 3-month contract to support complex place-based regeneration and organisational change programmes for public sector clients. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating multiple workstreams and providing PMO support to ensure high-quality project delivery.

The role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in consulting or project management.

A client in the management consultancy and urban regeneration sector is seeking Senior Consultant and Consultant level candidates to join the team for an initial 3-month contract.

You will support the delivery of complex place-based regeneration and organisational change programmes for public sector clients, working closely with a Project Lead and a multidisciplinary team including consultants and economists. The role focuses on coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders and supporting high-quality project delivery and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of multiple workstreams across urban regeneration and organisational change programmes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a consulting or project management role (typically 2–4 years for Consultant, 4+ years for Senior Consultant)

• Experience or knowledge of regeneration, the built environment, property development, public policy, housing, education markets or economic analysis is advantageous

• Day rate: £300 Per Day LTD dependent on experience and level
• Location: Flexible working, with occasional attendance required at a London office and for workshops or internal meetings
