The post focuses on delivering assessments and interventions for adult males with complex mental health needs, supporting recovery, independence and reintegration into the community.

The role offers a competitive salary (£68,000–£79,000 per annum), permanent full-time employment, and up to 37.5 hours weekly with remote working options.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical or Forensic).
• Significant post-qualification experience in mental health rehabilitation or secure settings.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Interest in recovery-focused care and trauma-informed approaches.
• Experience in service development and audits is desirable.
