The post holder will work closely with and in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team. In this role you will be responsible for medical and leadership input into the Trafford Living Well team. You will be supported by other members of the leadership team, including a team manager and operational programme manager.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum pro rata
