Can you bring a positive contribution to our team culture at Donnington? If so, we would love to hear from you. This is a full time position, offering 40 hours per week. Part time hours may be available on a job share basis to meet business demands. You will feel valued as a Consultant Psychiatrist within DPHC, receiving access to outstanding rewards and employee benefits including:

  • An NHS pension

The team expects to receive on average 10 new referrals a week and will see urgent cases by the next working day and routine cases within 15 working days. The consultant psychiatrist is expected to carry a compact caseload of the most complex and unstable cases but will also be available at short notice to provide consultation and advice to other team members. It must be stressed that the caseload contains far lower levels of morbidity and risk than a National Health Service (NHS) general adult population and there is not a high emergency burden.
