SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading private hospital in Dubai, UAE. The role requires a UK-trained consultant with a CCT in Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery, exceptional clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Qualificações

• MBBS/MBChB degree or equivalent.
• GMC registration where applicable to UK qualification pathway.
• Proven consultant-level experience in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Clinical experience in orthopedic surgery including operative and non-operative management.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical decision-making and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety and multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions affecting bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
• Perform orthopedic procedures appropriate to training and clinical expertise.
• Manage trauma cases, fractures, joint disorders and other musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical management.
• Provide preoperative assessments, postoperative care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with governance and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits and quality improvement.
