Job description

Compliance participating in business planning and administrative duties related to patient care and laboratory interests. Sharing out-of-hours responsibilities, including laboratory, transfusion, and clinical cover, on a rota of 1 in 4 weekends and one weekday overnight per week. Participating in monthly laboratory seminars and the weekly medical division educational programme. Undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training. Achieving accreditation as required and engaging in clinical audits and guideline development. The trust is located in the Midlands, offering excellent public and private schools, affordable housing, and strong transport links to Birmingham, London, and an international airport. Additional information: Full-time or part-time considered. 10 Programmed Activities (P.A's). Must have GMC registration. Supportive and friendly team environment.
