Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Consultant Cardiologist to join the Devices & Heart Failure team at the Manchester Heart Institute. You will help deliver advanced device therapies and heart failure care across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

• To contribute to the planning and development of devices & heart failure services
• To support service development
• To provide flexible support and develop in reach services across MFT sites
• To support teaching and research within the department
• To contribute to the complex device service

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join the Devices & Heart Failure team at f Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

As the leading provider of tertiary and specialist healthcare services in Manchester, the Trust treats more than a million patients every year. You will be part of a team of 50 Consultant Cardiologists at the Manchester Heart Institute. The Cardiology department is staffed with energetic, forward-looking cardiologists, and we're looking for someone similar to join our team.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your comprehensive understanding of cardiac care, specifically Devices and Heart Failure patients.

Informal visits are encouraged and we would welcome your interest.
