The Consultant II, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align with our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees. He/she will be responsible for building, modeling, updating, and analyzing our global sales compensation plans for assigned business units in strong collaboration with the Sales Operations team. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the effective administration of the Company’s sales compensation programs. Your responsibilities will range across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives including optimizing and maintaining sales compensation models, developing consistent processes and workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a passion for owning and optimizing processes in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales compensation plans for assigned business units in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of plans, including active benchmarking of existing plans.
  • Actively contribute to ideas for the enhancement and implementation of sales compensation processes, systems, reporting, and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to design, maintain, and operationalize sales compensation models.
  • Take part in the design, implementation, and process improvement of multiple compensation models that will drive impact for the organization.
  • Provide quality assurance in maintaining accuracy of our compensation models.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements within our compensation modeling process and workflows.
  • Communicate compensation plan details with Sales management.
  • Develop and update compensation plan summary documents and produce plan documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales compensation plans in Workday.
  • Support other compensation projects and initiatives as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years experience in compensation administration; Sales compensation experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advanced Formulas & Functions
  • Strong critical, analytical thinking skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, make recommendations, and implement solutions, with discipline to deliver complete and accurate results
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
