About The Team

Our East of England ecology team delivers ecological services supporting renewable energy, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the region. We are involved with offshore wind developments, on-shore wind, solar projects, and work in residential and commercial markets.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conduct protected species surveys in the East of England.
  • Undertake environmental compliance and monitoring on Norfolk offshore wind cable routes.
  • Author ecology reports including Ecological Impact Assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform Biodiversity Net Gain assessments and habitat surveys.
  • Implement site-based mitigation and assist with project management.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience or keen interest in ecology surveys (bats, newts, reptiles, badgers, water vole, otter).
  • Experience with Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Ecology or related field.
  • Eligible for CIEEM Membership.
  • Protected species survey licenses (preferred but not essential).
  • FISC Level 4 (desirable).
