Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a full-time 10 PA post within Tameside and Glossop CAMHS, based at the Springleigh clinic in Stalybridge with a strong multidisciplinary team.

You will work across Generic CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental pathways, including Intellectual Disability, and contribute to complex care pathways, with clinical leadership, teaching, service development, audit, and quality improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide Consultant psychiatric assessment and management for children and young people up to 18 within a Tier 3 CAMHS setting
• Work across Generic CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry pathways, including Intellectual Disability
• Contribute to specialised complex care pathways (e.g. cared for children, eating disorders, crisis/home treatment) based on service need and interest
• Hold clinical responsibility for a defined caseload and provide consultation to the multidisciplinary team and partner agencies
• Offer clinical leadership within the team, supporting triage, care planning, and risk management
• Work collaboratively with partner services including Social Care, Paediatrics, Education, and Third Sector organisations
• Participate in the Consultant rota, peer supervision, and provide cross-cover for colleagues
• Contribute to teaching, training, service development, audit, and quality improvement
