Practice Plus Group is seeking a Consultant Anaesthetist in Birmingham to join a small team of clinicians committed to excellence. This permanent role allows part-time arrangements to be considered, with a focus on governance, audit, and a high-quality patient service.

You will work within a model that combines NHS activity with private sector opportunities, contributing to day-case pathways and ongoing service development while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Current GMC specialist registration in anaesthetics is required.
• Several years' experience overall, with at least 2 years in the UK.
• Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
• Participation in GMC and Royal College reaccreditation schemes encouraged.
• In-house education programme support available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality anaesthetic care to NHS/private patients in Birmingham.
• Integrate into a consultants team led by the Medical Director and Hospital Director.
• Attend meetings and contribute to teaching of centre staff.
• Support quality improvement, governance, audits and innovation.
