Optimised Care is seeking a Bank Consultant Anaesthetist to provide Consultant-level anaesthetic care at The Bromsgrove Hospital. The role offers flexible bank sessions to fit with NHS or private commitments while maintaining high clinical standards.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, robust governance, and continuous improvement in anaesthetic care.

Formación

• GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Specialist registration in Anaesthetics or equivalent.
• Current Consultant-level experience in anaesthesia.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Consultant-level anaesthetic care for elective procedures.
• Undertake pre-operative assessment and determine anaesthesia suitability.
• Develop individualised anaesthetic plans.
• Deliver peri-operative anaesthetic care and support recovery.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and documentation.
