Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals is seeking two full-time Consultant Anaesthetists to deliver adult and paediatric general anaesthesia across both sites. The role includes theatre lists with mixed fixed and flexible sessions and coverage for emergency, trauma and labour ward cases.

The successful candidate will hold a CCT in Anaesthesia and contribute to job planning, with an option for an 11th PA depending on service needs.

Qualifications

• CCT in Anaesthesia is required.
• Experience in adult and paediatric general anaesthesia is expected.
• The role covers theatres with mixed fixed and flexible sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver adult and paediatric general anaesthesia at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals.
• Provide anaesthetic cover for emergency, trauma, labour ward and elective theatre lists.
• Participate in job planning and theatre list management, with potential 11th PA option.
