Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Consultant to join our Professional Services team to deliver successful customer implementations and maximize RLDatix solutions for healthcare clients. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities, analyze data, configure HealthSuite products and provide training.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, delivering training, preparing documentation and ensuring project governance, while traveling extensively

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing, implementation, consulting, support or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland.

Job Description

We're searching for a Consultant to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver successful customer implementations and help healthcare clients maximize the value of RLDatix solutions. The Consultant will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities, conduct analysis, configure solutions, and provide training that enables exceptional client outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and positive client experiences
  • Analyzing customer and RLDatix data to support implementation and consulting activities
  • Configuring HealthSuite products in accordance with established best practices
  • Delivering customer training sessions and product demonstrations
  • Preparing implementation documentation, presentations, and project materials for review
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to project leadership
  • Maintaining project governance documentation and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately
  • Identifying project risks and escalating concerns to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Communicating customer developments, challenges, and opportunities to Client Services leadership
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Professional Services organization
  • Contributing to excellent customer satisfaction outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle

  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or software implementation environments is desirable
