Find. is looking for a Construction Tutor at our Gloucester training centre. You will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 construction programmes, combining practical sessions with classroom-based theory to support learners.

We welcome applicants from construction who want to move into education. The role offers Monday to Friday work, full funding for teaching qualifications, and a path into a long-term, stable career within a supportive training provider.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience in groundworks, brickwork, and general construction.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for developing and supporting learners.
• Teaching experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical construction training across areas such as multi-skills, groundworks, brickwork and basic carpentry.
• Deliver classroom-based theory sessions and underpinning knowledge.
• Support learners with practical assessments and coursework.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
