• Must have a construction background with strong subject knowledge.
• Ability to engage learners and manage classroom behaviour.
• Willingness to develop teaching qualifications and progress in education.
• Experience delivering practical workshop-based sessions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured Construction lessons across the BTEC programme.
• Utilise structured lesson plans and resources while bringing your own ideas to improve learner engagement.
• Deliver practical, workshop-based sessions alongside classroom teaching.
• Build positive relationships with students and support them to achieve qualifications and progress into further education or employment.
• Create an engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop their skills and confidence.
