Job summary

Miller Homes in the Midlands & South region seeks a Construction Site Trainer to design and deliver training across compliance, technical capability, and personal development for Production and Site teams. You will visit sites, develop programmes, and ensure training is embedded in day-to-day practice.

This role focuses on enhancing build quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction while supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
• Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
• Self-sufficient, highly motivated with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Miller Homes Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are consistently met.
• Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
• Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production and Site focused modules.
• Conduct site visits to coach and support learners in their working environment, ensuring learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.

We are looking to recruit a Construction Site Trainer to join us covering our regions in the Midlands & South. The Construction Site Trainer role will support the training and development of our Production and Site teams across Miller Homes, delivering and designing training that spans compliance, technical capability, and personal development. By enhancing both the technical expertise and broader skillsets of our teams, this role will contribute directly to improving build quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction across the business

CONSTRUCTION SITE TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Miller Homes Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are consistently met.
• Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
