Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Training Manager to create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Production and Site teams. You will ensure compliance and competency throughout the workforce, delivering induction modules at hub locations for both new and existing staff.

You will organise key programmes, coach learners on site, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, embedding learning into daily practice.

• Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
• Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production and Site focused modules.
• Conduct site visits to coach and support learners in their working environment, ensuring learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.
• Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
• Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
• Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
