Job summary

PSR Solutions seeks an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a long-term project in Wareham, Dorset. This is a temporary contract with an immediate start and potential extension based on project needs.

You will direct site traffic, manage deliveries and vehicle movements, and ensure pedestrian-vehicle segregation is maintained while supporting logistics coordination. Compliance with health and safety regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman certificate.
• CSCS Card (preferred).
• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach.
• PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Directing site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Managing deliveries and vehicle movements on and around site.
• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained.
• Supporting site management with logistics coordination.
• Conducting daily checks and maintaining safe access routes.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.
