TSR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Traffic Marshall/Gateman for a busy construction site in the Dereham NR19 area, starting Monday 2nd November. The role involves directing vehicles, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining security around the gate.

The position offers long-term work for the right candidate with an hourly rate of £17.00 and on-site duties in a busy Dereham construction environment. Must-have CSCS and relevant Banksman qualifications with UK right to work.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required and relevant Traffic Marshall or Banksman qualification.
• CPCS or NPORS accreditation preferred.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman experience.
• References and PPE are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and plant equipment safely around the site.
• Maintain site access control, logging in/out all vehicles and visitors.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are safely guided onto and off-site.
• Communicate with site operatives and delivery drivers to coordinate movement.
• Monitor and manage the flow of traffic to prevent congestion and accidents.
• Conduct basic security checks and ensure unauthorized access is prevented.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep the gate and surrounding area clean and clear of hazards.
