Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a CPCS Traffic Marshall in Ashford, Kent. The role involves managing site traffic, ensuring deliveries are guided safely, and maintaining barrier protection and fencing around the site.

Ideal candidates will hold a CPCS Traffic Banksman ticket, a valid CPCS card, and PPE (hard hat, high viz, protective boots). This is a temporary contract with a pay rate up to £17 per hour and starts in September 2026.

Qualifications

• CPCS Traffic Banksman ticket is required.
• CPCS card is required.
• PPE required and to be worn on site.

Responsibilities

• On busy new build construction sites, ensure contractors park per site safety policy.
• Control the flow of traffic when deliveries enter the site.
• Secure barrier protection around the site and ensure hoarding and fencing is secure.
