Job summary

Tower Staff Construction LTD is urgently seeking an experienced traffic marshal/banksman for a Lincoln construction project for 4 weeks. The role involves directing traffic, coordinating deliveries, and safely bank and direct dumper machines as they enter and exit the site across a single carriageway.

The candidate should have previous site experience, PPE, in-date CPCS/CSCS, and at least two checkable work references.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant site experience.
• Two checkable work references.
• Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• In-date CPCS / CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic, manage deliveries, and coordinate movements around the site.
• Safely bank and direct 3 Dumper machines as they enter and exit the site across a single carriageway road.
• Utilise additional site entrances set up due to construction work while maintaining site safety.
