Job summary

Tower Staff Construction LTD is urgently seeking an experienced traffic marshal/banksman for a Lincoln construction project for 4 weeks. The role involves directing traffic, coordinating deliveries, and safely bank and direct dumper machines as they enter and exit the site across a single carriageway.

The candidate should have previous site experience, PPE, in-date CPCS/CSCS, and at least two checkable work references.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic, manage deliveries, and coordinate movements around the site.

• Utilise additional site entrances set up due to construction work while maintaining site safety.

Job description

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced traffic marshall / banksman to work on their construction project in Lincoln. This is for a minimum of 4 weeks cover starting on Monday 26th October.

We are seeking a reliable, committed banksman with a good level of site experience for what is a fast paced site and someone who is exceptionally health & safety conscious as this is a very high profile site which will be regularly monitored for Health & Safety due to both the nature of the project and its location. This site is currently undertaking muck shifting and you will be required to safely bank and direct 3 Dumper machines as they enter and exit the site crossing a single carriageway road.

We are seeking an experienced and committed individual who can work on their own initiative, has a good grasp of construction site working and can complete all tasks to a high standard. Initially the role will involve directing traffic and deliveries to and around the site and utilising of additional entrances that have been set up due to the construction work on site.

Also and as part of their ongoing commitment to a safe working environment, our client operates a random drug and alcohol testing policy on all of their sites.

In return, you can expect ongoing work, regular full time hours and weekly payment of wages with an hourly rate in line with regional averages
