Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking two Technicians for the Construction Department, based at Slough and Langley College campuses. These full-time roles involve 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with specific start/end times, and a salary on Scale G between £25,483 and £27,284 per year.

Technicians support practical learning by preparing tools and materials, maintaining equipment, managing stock, and assisting at events. Experience in carpentry or multi-trades is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in their relevant trade area (Carpentry or Multi-Trades).
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
• Practical industry experience.
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to achieve one).

Responsibilities

• Preparing trade-specific tools, equipment, and materials for practical lessons.
• Executing routine machine maintenance and risk assessments.
• Managing stock levels, ensuring workshop cleanliness.
• Supporting college events such as open days and recruitment.
